We accept payments via Wise transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. All card payments are processed securely through Wise Payments, a regulated financial institution authorised in multiple jurisdictions.

## Transaction Currency

All prices and payments are quoted and processed in Euros (EUR €).

After a payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation will include the amount paid, the payment method, and the booking reference.

# Delivery and Access Policy

 

## Property Access

Chalet Gloribel is a self-catering holiday rental. There is no physical product delivery associated with your booking. "Delivery" of the service means providing you with access to the Property for the duration of your agreed stay.

 

## Check-in and Check-out

-  Check-in: 5:00 PM on your arrival date.

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on your departure date.

- Access instructions, including key collection or lockbox details, will be sent to you by email at least [48 hours] before your arrival.

- If you experience any difficulty accessing the Property on arrival, please contact us immediately by email at ChaletGloribel@gmail.com. A telephone contact number will be provided once a deposit is paid. 

 

## Special Delivery Arrangements

For guests who have arranged additional services (airport transfers, bike rental, catering, etc.), delivery times and arrangements for these services will be communicated separately by the relevant third-party provider. ---
