## 1. Cancellation by the Guest
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email to ChaletGloribel@gmail.com. The following cancellation terms apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice: - **More than 45 days before arrival:** Full refund of all payments made, minus a €200 administration fee. - **45 days or fewer before arrival:** No refund is available. The full rental price is payable and no cancellation is permitted. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive and acknowledge your written notice.
## 2. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (for example, due to the Property becoming unavailable for reasons beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you: - A full refund of all payments made; or - Alternative dates for your stay, subject to availability. Our liability in the event of cancellation by us is limited to the amounts you have already paid. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur, such as travel expenses or alternative accommodation.
## 3. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Date changes requested 45 days or fewer before the original arrival date will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation terms above will apply. Changes to the number of guests or room configuration can be made at any time before arrival, subject to availability and any applicable price adjustment.
## 4. Shortening Your Stay
If you choose to depart before the agreed check-out date, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
## 5. Force Majeure
If your stay is prevented or significantly affected by circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or pandemic), we will work with you in good faith to either: - Reschedule your stay to alternative dates; or - Issue a credit note for a future booking. Refunds under force majeure are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed
. ## 6. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (Wise transfer, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer). Please allow up to [14 business days] for refunds to be processed and received.
## 7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, and any additional costs. We are not responsible for any losses not covered by this policy.
